Refund Policy

Effective September 8, 2026

Every calculation in KraftyQuote is free to run on screen, so you can evaluate the whole cost engine before paying anything. That said, if a paid plan isn't what you expected, we'd rather refund you than have you resent the charge.

14-day refund

If you're unhappy with a paid plan, email support@kraftyquote.com within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. You don't need to justify it.

Founder Pass

The same 14-day window applies to a Founder Pass. A refunded pass is cancelled and the account returns to Maker Free (or to whatever subscription it also has).

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. A renewal charge is refundable within 14 days of the charge if you haven't meaningfully used the service during that period. We send a reminder before annual plans renew so a renewal shouldn't surprise you.

Annual plans

Cancel an annual plan more than 14 days in and we'll refund the unused whole months, prorated at the annual rate, on request.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for — we don't cut you off the moment you cancel.

Your saved quotes remain exportable after cancellation. Downgrading to the free plan doesn't delete your work.

How to request one

Email support@kraftyquote.com from the address on the account, and say roughly what went wrong — not as a hurdle, but because it's usually something we can fix. Refunds are issued within 5 business days to the original payment method, processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Depending on your bank, the money can take a few more days to appear.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund where an account has breached our Terms of Service, or where there's a pattern of repeated subscribe-and-refund on the same account.

Chargebacks

If something's wrong, email us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a dispute, and a chargeback on a small subscription costs us more in fees than the subscription is worth.
